A clear framework

Policies designed to support students, parents and PMT

The documents on this page set out the standards, procedures and responsibilities that apply when using Pocket Maths Tutor.

Parents and guardians should read the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Safeguarding Policy and Code of Conduct before Membership begins.

When a student opens Pocket Support for the first time, the current Pocket Support rules are shown inside the authenticated platform. The student must acknowledge those rules before using the service, and PMT records the rules version and time.

The Complaints Policy explains how to raise a concern if something has not met the standard you expected.
