Pocket Support
Help when your child needs it most – not just during lessons.
Learning doesn’t only happen during live sessions. When students are revising, completing homework, or practising independently, questions often come up in between lessons. Without support, these small uncertainties can quickly knock confidence or stop progress altogether.
Pocket Support gives students a safe, structured way to ask for help between lessons. They can share a question or upload a photo of a problem and receive calm, human guidance to help them understand what to do next, not just being given the solutions.
Rather than replacing lessons, Pocket Support is designed to reinforce learning, build independence, and prevent small gaps from becoming bigger issues. It helps students stay confident, supported, and moving forward.
Support is provided during week days (term-time only), with responses within 24 hours, so families know exactly what to expect and students remain supported without creating reliance on instant help.
Pocket Support is designed to support learning between lessons and does not replace live teaching or 1-to-1 tuition.
How Pocket Support Works
- Students submit a question or photo between lessons
- Guidance is provided during school days to help them move forward
- Support focuses on understanding, confidence, and next steps
